Help Exeter Deaf Academy celebrate National Volunteers Week 2015

As part of National Volunteers Week 2015, we are looking to recruit an army of volunteers to help raise awareness of Exeter Deaf Academy out in the local community.
Join us on Friday 5th June during the morning, afternoon or both for an opportunity to be part of a fantastic team, meet likeminded people and support a great local cause. We are looking for people with lots of energy and enthusiasm who are able to donate a couple of hours of their day and can help us tell people about the amazing work we do at the Deaf Academy and why we need support.
Very few people are aware that Exeter Deaf Academy is a charity that runs a School and College providing specialist education and care tailored to the individual needs of Deaf young people aged 4-24 years. Creating a sense of belonging to an inspiring bilingual community transforms students as they develop language skills and journey towards independence.
Whether you are part of a company or organisation that is looking for an opportunity to support the local community or you just have a couple of hours to spare on Friday 5th June, then we would love to hear from you!
Please contact the Deaf Academy Fundraising Team on 01392 267019 or fundraising@exeterdeafacademy.ac.uk.
Please note: No previous experience is required, all training and support will be provided on the day. Volunteers must be 16 years and over.
