A £1,000 donation from a local housebuilder is supporting a four-year-old with cerebral palsy in her daily life.

Persimmon Homes South West has made the donation to help Madeline Bell, from Willand, Cullompton, in her efforts to become more independent and to ease some of the painful side effects of her condition.

A trainee at chartered accountancy firm, Thompson Jenner LLP, is celebrating after achieving excellent results in her ATT ((Association of Taxation Technicians).
