Peninsula Transport, sub-national transport body (STB) for Cornwall, Devon, Plymouth, Somerset and Torbay, is pleased to announce three new staff appointments and welcome a placement year assistant to support the delivery of its Strategic Implementation Plan (SIP) 2025 -2050.

South West housebuilder makes new appointment

Persimmon Homes South West has promoted from within to find its new Contracts Manager.

Kenny Corrick has moved into the position after serving as a site manager and senior site manager for the five-star housebuilder for the last six years. He was an assistant site manager for two years before that.

Kenny has had a long career in construction, starting aged 17. He was an apprentice carpenter that used to sub-contract for Persimmon back in 1998, working on sites in Honiton and Seaton in Devon, before a spell as a self-employed carpenter.
