Cumberland Grange care home, in Exeter has thrown a party for residents, friends and families to celebrate 3 years of serving the local community.
Staff, residents and guests commemorated this special occasion with live music, photo booth pictures with props, a delicious buffet and to top it all off, a visit from a talented local magician who “blew everyone’s minds”. Charities and organisations in Devon can now apply for a grant following the formation of a dedicated charity foundation set up by the Hendy Group to provide grants to local projects, people, events and charitable organisations.
Hendy Foundation is set to provide grants from £500 to £5,000 and is dedicated to making a difference to people’s lives in the areas in which the group operates.
The group has 57 franchise outlets across 30 location and employs more than 1,100 people in Exeter, Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey and Devon.
