Designer bag stolen from Exeter charity shop

Police are keen to identify a woman after a designer handbag was stolen from a charity shop in Exeter city centre.

The Mulberry bag was stolen from the WESC charity shop in Sidwell Street on Tuesday 12th January at around 1pm.

Officers are keen to speak to the woman pictured, who has a distinctive mole on her left cheek, as she may be able to assist with enquiries.

Appeal following daytime burlgary in Exmouth

Police are investigating after a burglar struck at an Exmouth house while the occupants were at home.

The offender walked in through the front door of the property in New North Road on Thursday 4th February, while the family was upstairs and stole a handbag.

The blue denim Kipling bag contained a distinctive apple green coloured Ted Baker purse which has a faint scratch on the front. As well as cards and cash, the bag contained an umbrella and a set of keys.

Exeter Chiefs star Jack Nowell has been named in Eddie Jones’ squad to travel to Rome for England’s Six Nations match against Italy on Sunday 14 February at the Stadio Olimpico (2pm, ITV).
