Two elderly people have been injured in a serious collision at Sidbury near Sidmouth. Police and emergency services were called to the A375 at 11.50am after a water tanker became detached from a tractor and was in collision with the couple. The casualties have sustained serious leg injuries and both have been treated at the scene by paramedics. The female casualty has been taken to Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital. Balazs Biro, aged 32, was last seen in Corwen Road, Tilehurst, at about midday on Sunday 7 September. Balazs is white, with short light brown hair and 5ft 10ins. The Help Zone will be open every Saturday night, starting this Saturday, between 11pm and 3.30am.
The Help Zone aims to help those who find themselves in difficulties following a night out, be it from injury, drinking too much alcohol or being a victim of violence.
