Police are increasingly concerned for the welfare of 15-year-old Arthur Heeler-Frood, who is missing from the Axminster area.

Arthur has not been seen since the early morning of Tuesday 6 September.

He is described as a white male, 5ft 4in tall, of slight build with short, light brown hair.

He was last seen he was wearing his school uniform and carrying black rucksack.

A Barnstaple man has been jailed for nine months following an attack on a 15-year-old boy.

Exeter Crown Court heard that Mark Angell lashed out at the boy in an unprovoked attack last August, after receiving a call from his daughter claiming she was hiding in a shop after being harassed by a group of youths.

By the time the protective father arrived on the scene, the group had moved on, causing Mr Angell to turn his attention to the innocent passer-by.
