Five Volvo motor retailers in the South West are being renamed, following the acquisition of Helston Garages Group Limited by Vertu Motors plc in December 2022.

The showrooms in Barnstaple, Exeter, Taunton, Yeovil and Truro have been brought under the Vertu Motors retail brand.

Local bus operator Stagecoach South west has announced that the popular route 57 bus service has been doubled in frequency with buses now operating up to every 15 minutes, Monday to Saturday.
