Exeter Respect Festival is not letting Covid-19 get the better of them. Instead of taking place in Belmont Park, its home since 2009, the festival will be represented online at www.exeter-respect.org from midday on Sunday 5th July 2020 with material reflecting the music, art and dance contributed by well-loved participants of the Exeter Respect Festival.

Then Exeter Respect will hold a vigil at Belmont Park at 5pm. Bring your pen or colours to draw or write a message on the wall.

This year's Respect promises to be as exciting as ever with a fantastic line-up of acts and activities taking place in Belmont Park from 12noon to 7pm on Saturday 31 May and from 11am to 6 pm on Sunday 1 June 2014.

Belmont Park will be covered in beautiful decorations produced by a range of schools, community and youth groups. There will be activities and performances representing every part of Exeter’s culture, which is becoming more diverse year-on-year, with something to see or do for participants of all ages and backgrounds. Exeter Respect 2013 attracts record first day crowds

The first day of the Exeter Respect Festival 2013 has been hailed as a resounding success as a record number of people - approximately 13,500 in total so far according to Cllr Ian Martin, one of the Festival organising committee - flooded through the gates of Belmont Park for Exeter's celebration of diversity. With the weather set to be fine again tomorrow (2 June) it is fairly safe to say that the Festival will smash last year's total visitor numbers of 20,000 over the two days.
