New Property Manager appointed at Naomi J Ryan Estate Agents

We are delighted to welcome Andrew Harris to our Lettings and Property Management Department.

Andrew joined us in April, having worked for a local letting agency in Exeter for five years. Andrew has an industry recognised qualification in Lettings and Property Management and regularly attends training courses to ensure that his knowledge is kept up to date. His role within the company is; day to day property management including maintenance, property inspections, viewings and dealing with end of tenancies.

House buyers who use intermediary websites face risks

Changes to the laws governing estate agency in Britain could leave homebuyers with no more protection than if they were buying a car in a private deal, The Property Ombudsman has warned.

The Government has relaxed the regulations on intermediary websites which allows them to advertise properties and erect for sale boards as if they were a genuine 'High Street' estate agency. Christmas art and craft fayre at Woodbury Village Hall

Come along to Woodbury's annual Christmas art and craft fayre on 1st December for some early Christmas shopping.

There will be lots of festive gifts by local crafters on sale including soft toys, ponchos, leather-bound paper books, teddy bears, wooden toys, vintage stalls, colourful festive papier-mache ornaments, Christmas decorations, cards, paper, cheeseboards, wooden bowls, plants, jewellery, hats, handbags and lots more.

There will be Christmas carols, mulled wine and mince pies, teas and coffees. All funds go to St Swithun's Church.

The fayre is open 10am-4pm...
