As Cornwall hosted the G7 summit of world leaders, waves of hope have been appearing across Cornwall and Devon and Christian Aid supporters from Exmouth and Exeter have now joined in. Exmouth & Lympstone Christian Aid Group and South Street Baptist Church, Exeter, both launched their waves, formed from hands made by church members.

Teignmouth law firm awarded for Will Aid effort

A LAW firm in Teignmouth, Devon has raised more than £6,000 for charity after taking part in a will-writing campaign which asks lawyers to write wills for local people in exchange for a donation. Scott Richards Solicitors have taken part in the annual Will Aid scheme for the first time and raised an impressive £6,409 in the month-long fundraiser.
