You. Me. Us. You do not know me and I do not know you. We will walk through the city on the cusp of two days; a time that presents a place where our thoughts and imaginations are tempted to run wild -- from the summits of love to the depths of fear, and back again.

This is a one-on-one walking performance taking place at midnight.

Audience are advised to wear warm and waterproof clothing in case of bad weather.

This Autumn half term from Tuesday 28th October to Saturday 1st November, The Bike Shed Theatre, in Exeter’s Fore Street, will be transformed into a kitchen, dining room, and story-world for the arrival of Tortoise & Hare- as they make a meal of storytelling. The perfect show for children ages 5 and up (and their parents) it includes a three-course meal crafted from fine local produce, as literature and cuisine combine. Just one catch, you’re the cook! Wednesday night’s Exeter Pound event at the Bike Shed Theatre was a busy one, with a range of guests, and exciting news of the formation of the Exeter Pound CIC (Community Interest Company). It was a packed house at the Count Down to Community Money event with a wide range of guests from local councilors, local business people and members of the general public. New drama explores workplace bullying

New theatre company Pillbox Theatre make their first trip to the Bike Shed Theatre this autumn with a powerful tale of one woman’s struggle between facing up to the grim reality of workplace bullying and the ideals of her Grandfather, a First World War conscientious objector.

Following Rebekah as her first job descends into a nightmare, Conscientious deals with large scale issues within the claustrophobic, small scale but familiar environment of an office. The Exeter Pound soon to launch

Plans for a local currency, the Exeter Pound, will be unveiled in an early evening presentation at the BikeShed Theatre tonight (Wednesday September 24).

The Exeter Pound will be a complimentary currency, designed to work alongside sterling, not replace it and will aim to focus more spending in the strong networks of independent producers, retailers and service providers in Exeter.

By being a currency that can be used in local businesses, the Exeter Pound will give the public the opportunity to support the local economy and community.
