Learn Devon has launched its autumn programme of courses for adult learners. Devon County Council’s adult education provider is offering over 100 courses at locations across the county to support adult learners to develop their skills and gain essential qualifications. Learn Devon’s education programme is designed to be flexible and accessible, with a mixture of online and face-to-face courses. Exeter College has been recognised with a top four shortlisting for the Association of College’s award for Employer Engagement.

The Association of Colleges (AoC) celebrated top further education across the UK at its virtual Beacon Awards ceremony, and the College’s commitment to proactively working with employers for the mutual benefit of all saw them shortlisted for the coveted prize in Employer Engagement.

Devon residents who want to improve their lives and career prospects are encouraged to return to the classroom this autumn.

Free workshops for keen crafters

Keen crafters are being encouraged to go along to the Contemporary Craft Festival in Bovey Tracey next week (Friday 7 to Sunday 9 June).
