The Nello, FORCE Cancer Charity’s iconic annual cycle ride, returned in style on Sunday.

Nearly 800 riders signed up to celebrate the comeback of the charity’s single biggest fundraising event of the year after COVID forced its cancellation in 2020 and 2021.

Devon County Council's long-serving chief executive, Phil Norrey, has announced his retirement.

Dr Norrey has held the post since 2006 and is the longest-serving chief executive in the council's history.

He joined the authority in 1998 as deputy director of education before being promoted to director of education.

Travel advice ahead of Devon County Show

Drivers planning to use the M5 near Exeter are advised to plan their journeys ahead of this week’s three-day Devon County Show at the Westpoint Arena.
