SunGift Solar has supported Liskeard Leisure Centre in making a significant move towards sustainability with the installation of a 156kWp solar PV system and 128kWh battery storage dramatically reducing the running costs of this high energy-demand facility.
The 128kWh Sigen battery storage system enhances energy efficiency and grid independence by storing surplus energy for use during peak demand times.
The solar PV system is estimated to generate over 147,240 kWh (this is the equivalent to power approximately 35 average UK homes annually).
