Director of Public Health Devon asks people to stay home if they’re feeling unwell, as COVID-19 cases rise

Office for National Statistics (ONS) data suggest that around 1.7 million people in the UK were estimated to have coronavirus in the week ending 18 June, an increase of 23 per cent in one week.

In Devon, the ONS data is showing a continuing rise in the number of people in hospital with coronavirus, and a rise in positive cases overall.

Two lecturers from the University of Exeter have been honoured for their work in the 2022 ASLE-UKI Book Prizes.

National Highways cyclists complete South West challenge to support mental health charities

A team of cyclists from National Highways have completed a gruelling 251-mile bike ride over 24 hours to raise funds for two mental health charities.
