Phil will be based at Foot Anstey's Exeter office and prior to joining Foot Anstey, Phil worked for Nabarro LLP and Michelmores LLP as well as a period working in-house at Prydis. He has extensive experience in dealing with a variety of real estate centric matters, with specialisms in landlord and tenant matters, focusing on retail, industrial and corporate occupier work as well as leading on local development projects.

Independent South West-based waste management firm, DCW, was contracted to provide waste management services for the three-day event which welcomed up to 15,000 ticket holders each day.
