Its geographical position, strong network of bilateral treaties, and active participation in European judicial cooperation mean that Spanish authorities regularly handle extradition requests from a wide range of countries.

From a professional perspective, extradition from Spain follows a structured but highly scrutinized legal process. Individuals often assume that Spain automatically executes foreign requests. In reality, Spanish courts apply a detailed legal analysis before authorizing surrender. This...

There's a growing number of people swapping flight bookings and hotel rooms for something altogether more open-ended: a campervan, a loose itinerary, and the freedom to go where the mood takes them. A quick glance at the current Harley bike lineup reveals a few interesting differences. Besides the general divide between larger tourers for mile-crunching highway comfort and stripped-down cruisers for shorter street bouts, the bikes also differ in basic foot controls, including clutch levers, brake pedals and matching foot pegs or floorboards.

However, handing over the reins is rarely straightforward. It requires patience , nerve, and a scaffolded approach that respects the child’s current capabilities rather than just their age.
