On 26 May 2013, a new law comes into affect to protect people living in mobile homes from widespread malpractice by site owners and making it easier to buy or sell a mobile home.
A report commissioned by the Government in 2012 uncovered rogue site owners putting off potential purchasers so they could buy mobile homes on their sites at knock-down prices, replacing them with new ones they could sell on for huge profits.
The new law will take away a site owner's right to approve the buyers of mobile homes, and includes tougher legislation to protect residents. Local...
We learned with deep shock and great sadness of the murder of a young member of the armed forces in Woolwich yesterday afternoon. Such acts of violence and terror have no place in our society. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victim’s family.
The attackers linked their actions with the religion of Islam. Statements from major national Muslim bodies have, in the ensuing hours, condemned the act in the strongest terms and stressed its lack of connection to – and complete contradiction of – teachings of Islam. Even so, there have been attacks on two mosques over the course of the...

Not sure who he is supporting as both teams come from Germany being Bayern and Dortmund. These two teams rather spoilt things for the pundits who were expecting an “el classico” of a final from the two giants of Spanish football, Real Madrid and Barcelona, who both lost in the semi finals.

Neil Gore, Director of Cathedral Financial Management, explained: “We wanted to get involved in The Great Gorillas Project to help support a local charity with a quirky but meaningful conservation project. We reviewed a number of designs and settled on...
