Tribal improvisational belly dance is a beautiful and exciting group dance. It uses a mix of classical and folkloric dance moves from the Middle East with influences from Indian dance and Flamenco.
Our classes are suitable for all ages and sizes. Just wear something comfortable, soft trousers or leggings, or a loose skirt. We normally dance barefoot, but if you prefer you can wear some light ballet pumps. No need to bare your belly unless you want to!
