Andrew Maynard from Michelmores law firm, Tim Darby of Exeter Race course and Police Superintendent Sarah Sharpe are among the eight high profile “felons” who will kept prisoner in the director’s box at Exeter City Football Club tomorrow afternoon.
The “felons” will have mugshots and fingerprints taken before being charged by the Lord Mayor of Exeter, Cllr Rachel Lyons, for “refusing to ignore people in crisis.”

The University of Exeter is holding a range of activties tomorrow to celebrate American Thanksgiving.
Celebrations will include a traditonal Thanksgiving lunch for staff and students and a 'touch' American football game on the piazza (supported by the University's cheerleaders).
There will also be an all-American themed harvest festival eating area where a traditional two course Thanksgiving feast of roast turkey or nut roast with gravy, creamed potato, buttered sweet corn and other vegetables, followed by pumpkin pie or American cheesecake, will be available....
Police and Crime Commissioner Tony Hogg will answer the public’s questions on policing in Devon and Cornwall at a meeting in Plymouth tonight.
At the meeting in the Council House in Plymouth, Tony Hogg along with Chief Constable Shaun Sawyer will take questions submitted online and over the phone.

Recent research done by The Sutton Trust reveals that 28% of students at Exeter University are privately educated.
While investigating the education gap between poor and privileged students at English universities, the Trust found that, unsurprisingly, Oxford and Cambridge had the highest percentage of privately educated students, with 46.6% and 42.7% respectively.
This contrasts with London's South Bank University, which came last in the listing. Nearly a quarter of the students there received free school meals at school, compared with a tiny 1% at Exeter. This suggests...
