Eighteen-year-old entrepreneur, Hannah White, has opened her first beauty salon based on Marsh Barton Trading Estate in Exeter.
Hannah, who grew up in Alphington and attended local schools Bowhill Primary School and St James High School, trained as a beautician at Exeter College and went on to work at several Exeter based salons before making the brave decision to follow her dreams and go it alone.
Hannah opened her tanning and beauty salon, The Beauty Lounge, on AlphinBrook Road last month and has had a constant stream of customers already.

The store gave the vests to children at Ladysmith Infant School in Exeter to promote safety at night during Road Safety Week, an initiative by the charity Brake.

Police need the public’s help in finding a man who is sought in connection with the theft of a shed in Newton Abbot in October.
Spencer Bamping, 41, from Chudleigh Knighton, Newton Abbot, is believed to be in the Teignbridge area, although he also has links to South Devon, Torbay, Exeter and North Devon.
Officers have undertaken extensive enquiries to locate Bamping (pictured), however attempts so far to trace him have proved unsuccessful.
Bamping is described as white, 5ft 9ins, of proportionate build, with short brown hair.
