On 7th January 1996 Whole Lotta Led played their first show at The Farrier's Arms in Bristol. Little did the band realise then that twenty years later they would still be together and performing all over the UK.
Throughout the many line up changes, Nick Ferris (guitar) and Geoff Hunt (bass) remain and both are amazed that what started as a hobby has become a full time career. The current line up is completed by Lee Pryor (vocals), Charlie Hart (drums) and Martin Weetman (keyboards/guitar).
Way back in 2001 Jimmy Page commented on their excellent reviews and wished the band...

Julian Clary, national trinket, author, TV and radio star is coming up your way...
The Joy of Mincing is Julian Clary's celebration of 30 years as a camp comedian. There is so much to tell you; the ups and downs of his sordid love life, the true and heart stopping account of how he saved Dame Joan Collins' life, and don't start him on the perils of his DIY electrical home enema kit.
On stage Julian will proudly wear his well-deserved M.B.E (Mincer of the British Empire). It was the last thing he expected to receive when he knelt down in front of Prince Charles in the...
The partnership of John Otway & Wild Willy Barrett was never going to be smooth. Willy was a musical prodigy having learned to play at the age of four and mastering the guitar, piano, banjo and fiddle by the time Otway gave his first performance - drinking a bottle of ink in-one in the school playground, to an audience of 100 fellow school-children who did not believe anyone would go to such ridiculous extremes just to get attention.
It was only because they lived a hundred yards apart and that a fortune-teller (at the local Red-Cross bazaar in Aylesbury ) had told Otway that...
Mark Watson (multi-award-winning star of numerous TV shows and his own cult Radio 4 series) returns with the follow-up show to his highly celebrated and successful 'Flaws'.
A seemingly minor problem at an airport is the starting point for a spiralling examination of identity in the digital age. But with an enormous number of jokes, luckily, as well as Watson's customary flailing, chaotic audience interactions and all sorts of other fun.
In short: if you like comedy, but you don't come and see this, you're acting very oddly.
Exeter's longest running and best comedy club has marked its place in the local entertainment scene: top acts, reserved tables and regular sell out shows all add up to possibly the best night out in the city. Tonight's line-up (subject to possible amendment) includes Andrew Ryan and Danny Ward

Feast of Fiddles embarks on its 23rd annual spring tour in 2016 and the band that has been variously likened to a "group of geography teachers" or "Bellowhead with bus passes!" doesn't seem to be slowing down any.
A band of musical friends that puts on a show of huge dynamic range performed with passion, joy and a liberal dose of fun. It all started at a folk club but has become a folk-rock institution with six CDs to their name, several festival appearances and sell out shows up and down the UK.
Typically, fiddlers Peter Knight (Steeleye Span), Chris Leslie (Fairport...
