Trading Standards is warning consumers to be wary of scams when shopping online this Black Friday.

Staff and residents at Barchester’s Cumberland Grange care home, in Exeter have been decking the halls, getting out the tinsel and unravelling the fairy lights, ready for a whole host of Christmas celebrations.
