Join Virtual Restart a Heart Day 2020

South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) is giving people the opportunity to learn how to save lives safely during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

The Trust, in association with the Resuscitation Council UK (RCUK) and other partner agencies, will host online cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and defibrillator training sessions for Restart a Heart Day (RSAH) 2020 on Friday 16 October.

A Devon dad is running 100-miles over 10 weeks for charity, taking his 9-month-old son Arthur along for the ride in his buggy.

It seems such a long time ago now, but there was once a time when we could all jump on a plane and fly off to exotic destinations. Annually, from the UK alone 3.8 million Brits make the trip across the pond, many of these were for family visits. And many more were looking forward to a family holiday to Disneyland, or the Florida beaches, or to the nightlife in Las Vegas. Then came Coronavirus.
