Experienced care professional Kyley Stoneman takes the helm at Exeter's Langford Park Care Home

Langford Park Care Home, situated just outside Exeter, has announced the appointment of experienced care professional, Kyley Stoneman, as its new home manager.

With over 10 years' experience in health and social care, Kyley has built her career from the ground up, starting as a care assistant before progressing through leadership roles in residential, dementia, and nursing care.

Kyley Stoneman, Langford Park home manager, said:

"I am delighted to be the new home manager at Langford Park. My focus will be on building strong relationships with residents, families, and our dedicated carers —and ensuring that every resident receives the highest standard of care.

"I passionately believe that every individual deserves dignity, respect, and joy in later life, and I will support and help our committed caring team to deliver this at all times."

Kyley has already set ambitious plans in motion to enhance the home's existing activities programme, introducing more creative workshops, fitness programmes, and community visits. She is also progressing with a refurbishment programme that will see communal spaces refreshed and updated to create even more inviting and comfortable areas for residents.

Kyley continues:

"My goal is to ensure Langford Park continues to be a vibrant, joyful place where residents feel truly at home, and where all people thrive."

In her spare time, Kyley enjoys exploring the home's beautiful gardens with her two dachshunds.

Langford Park Care Home can accommodate up to 35 residents in its beautiful rural setting where it is surrounded by fields, wildlife and farm animals. The home prides itself on offering not just care, but comfort, companionship, and a true sense of belonging, with every resident treated as an individual and their wellbeing at the heart of everything the team does.
