This Christmas, Exeter Northcott Theatre and the beloved theatre company Le Navet Bete are teaming up with Clip ‘n Climb Exeter for a one-of-a-kind adventure celebrating their upcoming pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk. Families can now scale a real-life “Beanstalk” for the chance to win panto tickets — with magic, mischief, and mayhem guaranteed!

Clip ‘n Climb Exeter has transformed one of its signature climbing elements into The Beanstalk. Hidden at the top? A golden coin! Climbers who find it will be entered into a monthly prize draw to win four tickets to Jack and the Beanstalk, running from now until the show opens in November.

“It’s a brilliant partnership that brings together two great attractions in the city,” said Damian Johnson, Managing Director of Clip ‘n Climb Exeter. “This challenge lets climbers of all ages embark on their own Beanstalk adventure — no golden egg required!”

Exeter Northcott’s Joint Chief Executives Emma Stephenson, Kelly Johnson, and Martin Berry are equally excited. “It’s a fun way to bring the magic of pantomime into the community before audiences even step inside the theatre. Plus, Clip ‘n Climb’s support for our Pay It Forward scheme means even more local families can enjoy Christmas at the Northcott.”

To launch the challenge, Le Navet Bete’s cast — Dame Trott, Jack, and Billy — climbed the Beanstalk themselves, creating a hilarious video now available online.
