JLL in Exeter has a new director of planning
Chris Dadds specialises in residential planning advice for developers and landowners, as well as seeking the allocation of land for residential use and securing planning permissions. He previously worked for Peter Brett Associates.
He will work closely with James Petherick who has recently joined JLL as a director of residential development, based in Bristol. Together they bring a new breadth of expertise to the company’s residential development services in the South and Wales region.
James specialises in the sale and acquisition of residential development land and advising developers on the financial viability of housing projects.
Chris said: “I’m looking forward to working closely with James and other colleagues to bring all these services together so clients can benefit from a seamless and co-ordinated approach.”
James added: “This is an exciting opportunity for JLL to build on its already well established planning, valuation and investment expertise to develop a stronger residential development offer.”
Together, they will cover the South West and Wales from JLL’s network of regional offices in Bristol, Cardiff, Exeter and Southampton.
Simon Peacock, lead director for the South and Wales region, said: “We strive to offer the best service to our clients and our growing team is an outward sign of this success. We are looking forward to broadening our services and offering clients this deeper residential development expertise that James and Chris bring.”
