Man wielding a knife is tasered outside Buckingham Palace

Footage captured by a citizen at the scene, shows the moment that police tasered a knife-wielding man outside Buckingham Palace on Sunday.

The man, Talhat Rehman, 54 from Harrow, was arrested and has been charged with intent to cause affray. He will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court later charged with possessing a bladed weapon in public and affray. (NewsPoint)
