
Woman injured in flat fire
Appliances from Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue service were called to a fire at a flat in Exeter on Saturday 4th January.
The fire resulted in two casulties, with an ambulance being called for an adult female casualty.
Fire Engines from Middlemoor and Danes Castle along with the Aerial Ladder Platform from Danes Castle attended the incident involving a fire within a first floor flat at Musgrave House, Musgrave Row.
On arrival the crews stated that this was a confirmed fire in the living room within the first floor flat and got to work using 2 sets of breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet.
The fire was successfully extinguished using 2 sets of breathing apparatus and a hose reel jet.
The cause was accidental.
