An exhibition showcasing the work of one local art society chosen by readers of the Express & Echo.

The four shortlisted groups are Opus Mosaic Artists Group; Hive; Double Elephant Print Workshop; and Magic Carpet.

Double Elephant Print Workshop - A well-known group in the city is artist-led Double Elephant Print Workshop. It is dedicated to providing open access printmaking services to people from all walks of life and abilities, and has around 90 artist members from the South West. They wish to display original prints from regional artists, alongside original prints made by new artists.

Hive - Hive has been established for two years and has been putting on its own exhibitions "Just as bees are vital to life, we believe art is too," and: "We'd like more people to see our work and share in what we do."

Magic Carpet - Shortlisted for the second year running is Magic Carpet. The group runs art workshops for people who have various mental health issues and learning disabilities.

Opus Mosaic Artists Group - Representing a very different media is Opus Mosaic Artists Group, a group of 35 artists who have been going for nine years, and started by attending a mosaic class with Opus Mosaic.
