Over the past 15 years or so, a trend has emerged showing that young people in the UK are drinking less alcohol. Considerably less, in fact. Twelve-year-old German Shepherd Kaiser was rushed to the vets by his worried owners after he collapsed in June at his home in Berkshire.

Rescue dog Kaiser was 10-months-old when he was found straying in Plymouth, Devon. Staff at the rescue centre who took him in contacted the Ministry of Defence where he was paired with police dog handler, Ian Brake.

The Heart of the South West LEP have today announced that they have awarded funding for two new programmes providing digital skills and digital business support in the Heart of the South West region.

The Digital Skills Programme will be delivered through Devon County Council, and the Digital Skills Utilisation Programme will be delivered through Devon County Council and the Heart of the South West Growth Hub.
