A Devon-based arboricultural company is looking to hire more than 100 additional staff across the South West after winning a major new contract with National Grid Electricity Distribution.

RSK Hi-Line, headquartered in Exeter, has been awarded the eight-year contract for vegetation management in the South West region for National Grid Electricity Distribution. The Devon County Agricultural Association staged its first ever Devon County Show in May in 1872 at Victoria Park, Exeter. Exeter residents thanked for "fantastic job" recycling at Christmas

Exeter’s recycling chief has thanked city residents for their recycling efforts over the Christmas period and urged people to reduce, reuse and recycle, moving forward.

Hundreds of tonnes of aluminium cans, plastic containers and cardboard boxes were collected from houses across Exeter over the holidays.

Exeter second best city for cyclists according to new survey

Exeter has been declared the second best city for cyclists, a new study has revealed.

Exeter scored good points for good air quality, cycling and walking statistics according to the survey by law firm True Solicitors.
