As thousands of runners prepare to take on the Great West Run on May 24th, a local startup is ensuring they don’t spend the next week in pain.

Race Home , a specialist running and recovery brand founded in Exeter, has partnered with the Mercure Exeter Southgate Hotel to launch a high-tech "Recovery Pod." The pop-up sanctuary will offer "Pulsio Pro" compression technology—usually reserved for elite athletes—to local charity runners and club athletes alike.

Police investigating a reported assault in Exeter have issued images of a man they would like to identify in connection with the incident.

Despite cost of living, study finds personal debts in Exeter have decreased by 28%

New data from personal insolvency provider, Creditfix , has revealed that average debt levels in Exeter have decreased by 28% since 2020.

The Personal Debt Index is compiled by using data from over 185,000 people across the UK who have received help with their finances through an IVA or Trust Deed with Creditfix.

As the cost-of-living crisis continues, many households are struggling financially and increased levels of debt is a real worry for many.

Leading sewer and drainage installation, renovation, repair and maintenance company, Public Sewer Services, has renewed its contract with Exeter-based Lightfoot having succeeded in slashing vehicle idling, fuel consumption and CO2 emissions across its fleet of 132 vehicles.
