Trailer fire on A30

Crews were called to the A30 (Sourton to Drews Cottage) at just after 10am today after reports that a vehicle with a trailer attached to it was on fire.

On arrival the two appliances, both from Okehampton, found the vehcile's trailer to be on fire.

Crews extinguished the fire using a hose reel jet and breathing apparatus.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
