Exeter is located along the River Exe in Devon.  A cathedral city, Exeter has a long history from Roman times to the present day where is it now a major tourist spot for visitors. There is a wide variety of activities in which to partake while visiting Exeter.

Royal Albert Memorial Museum & Art Gallery

One of the best museums in Exeter, the RAMM has a total of 16 galleries which take visitors all the way from historic times to the present.  Three special exhibit areas are also part of the museum with changing displays which vary from community to fine art. The museum charges no admission so you can visit as often as you like.  Also offered here are different events including lectures and classes for a wide range of ages.

Genting Casino Torquay

Some visitors will also want to take in the nightlife of Exeter and a fun way to do this is by visiting the nearby casinos. A popular one is the Genting Casino Torquay which is about 20 miles from Exeter.
