SWH’s successful Poole Office, which opened a year ago, is delighted to have been awarded a contract at Poole High School.

The Exeter-based business which employs over 600 people in the West Country has a great deal of experience in the education construction environment.

The SWH brand, which is steadily growing in the Dorset area, is going from strength to strength and being able to take on jobs such as Poole High School, will serve to cement the firm’s position locally.

The work SWH are carrying out at the school comprises over-cladding of an existing two storey modular classroom building with timber cladding and coloured rain screen panels, as well as implementing a new roofing system. SWH are also replacing

the tired old windows with aluminium and carrying out upgrades and alterations to WCs. New flooring, suspended ceilings, alarm systems, lighting and decoration will complete this job.

The project is programmed for 14 weeks and SWH are currently nearing the end of week three having completed the entire set up/enabling temporary road and soft strip demolition works.

SWH are pleased to be working for agents Kendall Kingscott, and their new Ringwood office, on the back of an already strong working relationship from their Bristol office.

Since winning the Poole job, SWH are also about to start working with Kendall Kingscott in Frome (also being run from Poole) on a project for Avon & Somerset Police.
