Ready, set, shake! Exeter Cocktail Week Returns Next Week
As the city prepares for the cocktail event of the year to take place this May, organisers of Exeter Cocktail Week can now reveal the event’s stellar line-up of cocktail bars, events and cocktails.
Running from Wednesday, May 29th to Wednesday, June 5th, Exeter Cocktail Week attendees are encouraged to explore the city’s thriving bar and hospitality scene by sampling exclusive cocktails in the festival's participating venues.
Three new bars have signed up for this year’s Exeter Cocktail Week. Lloyds Lounge, Becketts and Hubbox are all new additions for 2024.
The full list of participating venues currently includes:
- The Terrace
- The Botanist
- The Cocktail Club Boom Battle Bar Lloyd's Lounge La Flamenca Crocketts
- The Bootlegger Becketts
- Hub Box
- Cosy Club
- Eat the bird Coolings
- Mangos
All of these bars will be shaking up a menu of special festival cocktails which will only be available to wristband holders.
In total over 43 exclusive cocktails will be on offer, with more than 25 of them priced at just £5 each with the wristband. The remaining cocktails include showcase drinks featuring local brands as well as delicious no-alcohol options.
The festival organiser, Gregor Sey shared: “Exeter’s diverse hospitality scene has really impressed me this year and I am eager to share the list of amazing cocktails our city’s bartenders have created.”
Every menu will have at least one cocktail priced at £5 available for the entire week, with the full line-up of drinks now revealed! Attendees are encouraged to make their feedback known through the festivals, Cocktail of the Year awards which will see a bartender be crowned as the creator of Exeter’s Cocktail of the Year 2024.
As well as the exclusive cocktail menus, there are also cocktail-inspired food collaborations and a list of parties organised in conjunction with brands such as Mundo Tequila and even Thatchers.

Wednesday, 29th: Opening Night Party @ The Cocktail Club Welcome drink from Italicus and photo wall
Thursday, 30th: Salcombe Sampling @ Lloyds Lounge Salcome Gin tasting
Friday, 31st: Launch Night Party @ Boom Battle Bar
Cocktail tastings from Bristol Syrups and Tatchers, DJ and photo ops.
Saturday, 1st: Rooftop Party @ The Botanist Buffet from 12pm and DJ from 3pm
Sunday, 2nd: Terrace Party @ The Terrace
Canapes, Cocktail masterclasses from Mundo Tequila, DJ and live entertainment.
