Merry Christmas all

The Exeter Daily wishes all of its users and advertisers a very Merry Christmas.

Since we launched at the beginning of October, we have been overwhelmed by the support we have received.

The site has recorded more than 108, 000 page views and has been visited by 20,000 people - a number that is growing by the hour.

Meanwhile, approaching 1,000 people have registered as users of the site.

We knew there was a niche for a news and lifestyle website independently owned and free from a larger corporate structure but even we were surprised by the response.

However, we know that improvements can be made and we have been taking our users' vierws on board.

That's why later in January we'll be launching a new-look site with even better functionality.

And we are planning to roll out into other UK cities in 2013.

We'll be posting throughout Christmas and the New Year so stay with us and enjoy the festivities!
