Lights, Camera... Extension! Bovey Paradiso Arts Extends Share Offer Deadline

Bovey Paradiso Arts has announced an exciting extension to its Community Share Offer, giving supporters until 30th September 2025 to invest in the town’s most ambitious arts and community project to date.

This extended deadline gives residents, friends, and arts lovers more time to be part of something truly transformational: a state-of-the-art auditorium and vibrant community arts hub in the heart of Bovey Tracey.

The project has reached a major milestone, having earned the prestigious Community Shares Standard Mark of approval, a national endorsement that confirms the share offer meets rigorous standards of transparency and fairness, from the Community Shares Unit. In addition, HMRC has given advance assurance for 30% tax relief under the government’s Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) – making it not only a rewarding cultural investment, but a financially smart one too.

"We’re so close to making Bovey Paradiso a reality," said David McGahey, from Bovey Paradiso Arts Board of Directors. “Extending the deadline allows us to keep building momentum and ensure everyone has the chance to get involved. Our minimum target of £175,000 is within reach – and with the community’s support, we know we’ll get there.”
