Despite it being reported that the bad weather was on its way out, the Met Office have issued warnings of ice and rain to hit the South West over the next couple of days.

The Met Office have predicted that as skys clear and and winds ease, icy stretches could form ( Sunday 16th February).

Because of this a Yellow warning of ice has been issued for today ( Sunday 16th February).

Although it has been claimed the worst of the rain has passed, a Yellow warning of rain has also been issued for Monday 17th February.

The public should be aware that although the rain is not predicted to be severe it still has the potential to cause disruption.

The public is advised to take extra care, further information and advice can be found here: http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/uk/links.html
