Disruption to Stagecoach services due to bad weather

Due to the heavy rain overnight and this morning we are experiencing the following disruptions to our bus services: 

 

Current update from Stagecoach:

 

Service 57 now operating the full route between Exeter and Brixington, although customers should allow for some delays as we return the service to normal 

Service 56 is currently operating a shuttle service between Exeter and Exeter Airport only  Service 58 is expected to be operating by lunchtime  Service 157 is now running but with some delays whilst we return the service to normal and cannot currently serve Otterton due to flooding

 

Earlier this morning:

 

  • Service 2 cannot currently serve Dawlish Warren
  • Services 56 and 58 are currently suspended, but the A376 has just been reopened, therefore Stagecoach is expect to be able to start operating 56, 57 and 58 routes shortly
  • Service 57 currently operating skeleton service Exmouth - Brixington
  • Service 157 is operating a very limited service
  • Service 52 is currently diverting via Seaton Road to Honiton then on the A30 back to Exeter due to Sidford and Newton Poppleford being closed
  • Service 39 is diverted away from Finlake
  • Due to flooding the 52 and 157 are unable to serve Sidmouth
  • Due to flooding in mid Devon there are delays to our 155 service
  • Service 380 cannot serve Gittisham due to the road and tunnel being flooded
  • Service 55 operating a normal route however due to the road between Crediton and Bickleigh being closed it is experiencing delays as cars are diverted
  • We are experiencing problems with flooding between Exeter and Crediton, resulting in severe delays to our 50, 51 and 315 services.
  • Exmouth town services 98 and 357 operating as normal

North Devon

 

  • Services are currently operating normally
