Tags-On.com, is a family run business based in Devon, that sells pre-loved designer clothing, footwear and accessories that have either never been worn or have been worn once or twice but are in amazing condition, all at bargain prices.
The brainchild of London based Vicky Silverthorne - owner of professional de-cluttering service You Need a Vicky, and run and managed by her cousin Katie Silverthorne, who’s fashion credentials span the past nine years, Tags-On.com offers a revolutionary way for consumers to sell and buy designer labels independently.
“The average woman has approximately 22 garments in her wardrobe, worth a total of £300 that she will never wear, but refuses to throw out” says Vicky. “Many of our high-end clients for example, purchase designer labels, wear them once and then they end up hidden in the back of the wardrobe never to be worn again” she adds.
“Our desire is to empower consumers across the UK to clear out their wardrobes and recycle their beautiful designer clothes and accessories efficiently and simply, making designer fashion accessible to everyone and making some money back in the process.”
Offering a full re-sell service, Tags-On.com makes buying and selling designer clothing and accessories simple and affordable.
Katie Silverthorne, Tags-On.com’s Business Manager commented: “At Tags-On.com we do all of the hard work for you. You simply let us know what you are looking to sell, and our highly skilled team will price it, photograph it and sell it on your behalf via Tags-On.com.
“Visitors to the Tags-On.com website can then enjoy a simple online shopping experience where they will be able to explore our range of designer rails, or attend one of our Pop-up showcase events now happening across the UK. With stock in a huge variety of sizes and styles, we’ve got something for everyone” she says.
Tags-On.com also holds regular Celebrity charity auctions: “Fashion and celebrity followers can purchase their favourite celebrities’ clothing and accessories, donated straight from their favourite celebs wardrobes, with 75% of the profits going to the celebrities charity of choice” reveals Katie. “Celebrities so far have included Ed Sheeran, Lily Allen, Eliza Doolittle, Nick Grimshaw and more!”
So if you’rea fashion follower and a designer label lover, why not come and enjoy a leisurely shop, and pick up your own designer treasure, without the hefty price tag at Tags-On.com’s first Exeter Pop-up boutique, the shop will be open from 8am to 8pm on Friday 4th to Saturday 5 July.
Entry to the event is free, with select designer garment prices starting from just £10.
A special VIP designer preview evening will be held on Thursday 3rd July from 5pm-9pm for local businesses and invited guests only. To apply for entry please contact Katie Silverthorne on katie.silverthorne@tags-on.com
