Exeter Racecourse is proud to announce a partnership with Ludo Sports & Live Lounge, a rapidly growing premium sports bar brand with a venue in Exeter City Centre. The partnership aims to bring together fans of live sport and racing with Ludo Sports & Live Lounge the perfect place for racegoers to start and end their raceday.

Located in the Guildhall Shopping Centre in the heart of Exeter and just minutes from the city’s train and bus stations, Ludo Sports & Live Lounge is ideally placed for racegoers heading to and from the course with a dedicated Exeter Racecourse Bus service running from Exeter St David’s for all racedays. Known for its fresh cooking, ultra-HD viewing, and buzzing atmosphere, Ludo is fast becoming a go-to destination for sports fans in the region.

Ed Martin, Chief Executive at Ludo Sports & Live Lounge, said: “We’re delighted to begin our partnership with Exeter Racecourse, which we hope will continue for many years. Ludo Sports & Live Lounges are a place where sporting fans from all backgrounds come together to maximise their viewing experience, and we see this partnership as an outreaching arm to fans of racing. I’m personally excited to get down to Haldon with the team for a day at the races!”

Jack Parkinson, General Manager at Exeter Racecourse, added: “We’re really excited to welcome Ludo on board. Their commitment to the fan experience makes them a fantastic partner for Exeter Racecourse. We’re passionate about working with local brands and partners when their ethos and values align with our own and we’re looking forward to working together to offer our racegoers and the regular customers of Ludo even more this season.”

The partnership will include joint promotions and packages to appeal to regular racegoers and visitors to Ludo Sports & Live Lounge. Guests attending the races will be encouraged to continue their day at Ludo whether on their rooftop terrace or inside the venue packed with screens and atmosphere.

The new season at Exeter Racecourse will begin on the 9th October with the PricedUp Season Opener, with the feature raceday of the season, BetMGM Haldon Gold Cup Day taking place on Friday 7th November.
