I'm a web designer and food blogger. I run a local food order and collect scheme with Shillingford Organics and the Hub on the Green and am a volunteer with Transition Exeter. I have also just created the Exeter Trails website (www.exetertrails.co.uk) and have lots of ideas for its further development to really put independent business on the map!

Happy to live in South West

Lovely, friendly, unique, independent shops

What brought you to Exeter?

I always wanted to live in the South West.

Cathedral Close

What is your favourite place in Exeter?

The Quay

What is your favourite Exeter event?

The Exeter Trails launch event and Respect Festival.

What was the last live performance you saw in Exeter and where did you see it?

End To End, a play at the Bikeshed Theatre.

Favourite place to eat out in or near Exeter?

Herbies Vegetarian Restaurant

Best coffee in town?

Devon Coffee (on Exeter Trails)

Favourite pub?

The Hour Glass

Favourite locally produced food or drink?

Shillingford Organics vegetables

Moko, Gandy Street

Neither - not a football or rugby fan

Beach or moors?

Do I have to choose, love both, it's two of the reasons I love it here.

What or where is Exeter's best kept secret?

Tucker's Hall, Fore Street - fascinating.

What one change would you like to see in Exeter?

More independent shops in the city centre.

Who is your local hero or heroine?

Joey Lee of Hub on the Green for her great work bringing people together and helping people to flourish.

What are you up to next?

Going to get ready for the launch of Exeter Trails (which will already have happened by the time you read this).
