Guinness welcomes tenants to brand new Topsham homes

On Friday (22 July), local councillors, tenants and housing professionals came together to celebrate the official completion of The Guinness Partnership’s latest homes in Topsham, Exeter. The ten brand new homes on the new Seabrook Orchards estate, developed by Bloor Homes, are comprised of two and three bedroom houses, with six for social rent and four for shared-ownership. Devon residents are being encouraged to apply for a grant that will help them get central heating installed in their homes.

It may still be the summer months but people are urged to apply before the scheme closes at the end of August.
