Swing into action this half term at Highbullen Hotel, Golf and Country Club in Umberleigh, as it offers special half term coaching for kids across seven fresh new courts – and a host of facilities to keep parents busy as action-packed (or food-filled) as they like!

Known for its extensive sporting facilities including an 18-hole USGA specification golf course, croquet, snooker, fishing, shooting and – for extra autumnal comfort -  an indoor swimming  pool with Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room; the hotel now offers seven competition quality courts. Consisting of four full-size and three mini-tennis courts added earlier this summer, Highbullen’s tennis offering is now one of the most extensive at a hotel in the South West.

Parents will be spoiled for choice with things to do while their kids learn to spin, smash and lob this half term. From Tuesday 29 – Thursday 31 October, Highbullen is offering four hour coaching sessions every day from 9am-1pm with two LTA qualified coaches. Available from £60 for three days; or £25 per day, early booking is highly recommended, and is sure to be a big hit for all the family.

The addition of the latest tennis court is part of a wider refurbishment completed earlier this year.  With contemporary touches being brought to the 125 acre Victorian estate, Highbullen has established itself as one of the most luxurious family friendly hotels in the area. Guests of all ages can expect to be at the top of their game and at the top of the world as they play surrounded by spectacular views of Exmoor and the Mole Valley below.
