itsu, with over 80 restaurants in the UK, is opening in Exeter on Friday 19th April at 11am. itsu is dedicated to providing an Asian-inspired health[ier] menu which is nutritious, fast & affordable. A prestigious new award, ‘Devon Wine of the Year’, has been launched by the Food Drink Devon Awards to celebrate the very best wine the county produces, from its plethora of high calibre vineyards and wineries.

Entries are open to all Devon-based producers, both members and non-members of the organisation, with entries closing on Monday 22nd April.

The Cheeky Vegan, celebrated culinary destination for vegans and non-vegans alike, will soon be making an exciting return to Exeter’s Cathedral Yard.

Chicken fans queue over 16 hours for Popeyes® Exeter opening

Chicken lovers queued for over 16 hours for the much-anticipated opening of the new Popeyes ® Exeter restaurant on the High Street yesterday morning.

The launch day saw the New Orleans inspired brass band, ‘The Brass Funkeys’, welcoming guests as doors opened to the brand-new space which can seat over 120 people.

Members of the public queued from 6.30pm on Sunday 17th March, over 16 hours before the doors opened, to be the first to get their hands on the famous Popeyes® menu. The queue spanned almost 100 metres down the high street.
