More than 96,000 people attended the Devon County Show in 2023

The Devon County Agricultural Association (DCAA) has today confirmed that Devon County Show 2023 welcomed in excess of 96k attendees across its three show days - one of the highest attendance figures in the Show’s 151-year history.

The Show, which coincided with a spell of warm weather after a long period of rain, reverted to its May dates for the first time in three years, positioning it back as the first County show to take place in South West England on the agricultural show calendar.

Budleigh Music Festival announces change to line up

Organisers of this month’s Budleigh Music Festival have announced a last minute change to their line-up, after their ‘Rising Star’ performer had to pull out due to illness.

The festival’s Rising Star for 2023, pianist Ethan Loch, was due to perform at the festival on Monday 3 July, but withdrew from the event last week.

Hoe! Hoe! Topsham’s Secret Gardens are about to be revealed

Final preparations are in hand for one of the events of the year in Topsham - the return of the town’s Secret Gardens event, back for the first time since 2018.

It takes place on June 11 between 1pm and 6pm.
