Internationally acclaimed chamber orchestra London Concertante will come to Exeter on Friday 27th June for a 7:30pm performance at the Cathedral .

Gemfest 2016 this Sunday

Gemfest is back for its fourth year of festival fundraising tomorrow (Sunday March 27).

The last three events saw over £15,000 raised for Hospiscare and The Brain Tumour Charity.

Organised by a local brain tumour ‘survivor’ Gemme Wensley and her friends, the daytime event (11am-4pm) is packed with family activities, while in the evening we’ll be hosting a variety of live music and entertainment from 6pm. Come and warm up for the festival season, there’s something for everyone – guaranteed. Don’t forget to wear your wellies – it is a festival after all!

Exeter Northcott Theatre has announced a new programme of shows that will take place at The Great Hall on the University of Exeter’s Streatham campus.

Extending the range of work that is presented by the theatre, the new shows announced include 10cc in Concert, Jimmy Osmond in Concert, YolanDa Brown and Destiny’s Child’s Michelle Williams and Chinese State Circus.

Thousands flock to University fun day

An estimated 2,500 people visited the University of Exeter’s Streatham Campus for a fun-filled programme of free family events yesterday.
