Goody bags, Easter eggs and family fun at Exeter Racecourse

Families can look forward to a fun-packed Easter Raceday at Exeter Racecourse this Tuesday (April 7), with free goody bags, Easter eggs and a host of children’s activities on offer.

Young racegoers will be invited to take part in a racecourse-wide Easter trail, hunting for coloured eggs and earning a free Easter egg upon completing their sheet. Goody bags will also be handed out on entry, subject to availability, making it one of the best-value days out of the Easter holidays.

Alongside an afternoon of competitive racing, there will be plenty to keep children entertained...

Carnage, blood and guts will visit Exeter Cathedral this July 21st in the shape of the Amadeus Orchestra and Bournemouth Symphony Chorus under the baton of Philip Mackenzie.

Open gardens event in aid of Rowcroft Hospice

Six gardens near Kingsteignton will be opening their gates to members of the public, to raise vital funds for Rowcroft Hospice in June. The ‘Orchard Open Gardens’ event will take place on 18 June from 12 noon to 5pm. Entry will be £5 per person, with free entry for children. 250 cinemas are hosting dedicated autism friendly cinema screenings this month right across the UK in partnership with Dimensions, a national not-for-profit support provider for people with learning disabilities and autism.
